Online game contests are treated much more indifferent than the winners who are not chosen by risk but by an element of skill. Entering sweepstakes by mail is defying in online popularity at this moment. Cyber sweepstakes are broadly much more easygoing and faster to enter than fun websites. 2 months ago also a European dutch company started a contest website and is also legally indifferent. Really everybody can win great TVs now every 6 weeks even if you live in Miami Beach Florida or in Davis California, isn’t that really great. That’s why there are marvelous Ipods to win at funny online contest and internet sweepstakes this quarter. Online sweepstakes are also legally absolutely different from the online contests in Odessa Texas. It will be absolutely fantastic to win Porches worth 2014 euro and that easy.

Easy sweepstakes and actions are banned from needing a purchase to enter. Promotions advertised as funny online contests, so far, can require an entry fee or evidence of bribe. Many more contest websites are select to enter online internet sweepstakes.

The Blossoming Intra National Estate Market Space: Assisted by The Property Index

Filed under: Miscellaneous — admin at 12:42 am on Wednesday, September 17, 2008

In spite of the fact that the Property Index online service is seen as a fairly young business, doing business only since March 2007, they have become experts very quickly. On closer scrutiny, they are a unbelievably artless business and focus on catering to essentially anyone who is contemplating to sell, buy etc. realty across the globe. What they pledge to do is to help you hit upon just what you are calling for fast and, too, without hassle.

Land can be purchased everwhere at the moment, maybe the most fashionable area being realty available in Spain. It’s an easy job to list some of the fun property on the market in Spain, one explanation for choosing real property here being a combination of the houses and apartments available and the fantastic option of spending your life surrounded by this bouncy people.

It’s one of the truly well-liked property markets at the moment, and with the overall attractiveness and agreeable sunshine surrounding you all year, how can you go wrong! Land in Spain is immersed in culture, art and history, this realm of the world is home to several sophisticated cultures.

Some thirty years back you’d find very few of UK citizens in search of property in Spain. Just ask any person who has relocated to Spain and they’ll tell you the same thing. Quite a few people would see it as a simple craze and others see it as a virtually an addiction… Customers that are keen on repairing to this place will range from young urban couples looking for an exciting new challenge to the elderly intending to rest.

There might well be quandaries when attempting to acquire property in a foreign country: as can be expected, there are a hundred heterogeneous, conflicting, steps be it when organizing, sightseeing or signing up. Even if only a single step is missed this may definitely trigger broad quandaries as well as, more importantly, a financial trouncing.

As you will likely have supposed with this popular destination, property may be extraordinarily upscale in this location and that’s only because of the growing buyer demand. Nevertheless the real estate buyer definitely is spoilt in terms of choice in such a region determined by sun soaked surroundings. Doubtlessly it has all a property buyer could hunger for and then some.

Not Just for Bowls Anymore

Filed under: Recreation Info — admin at 3:39 am on Tuesday, September 9, 2008

We recently had to move from the midwest to the west coast and the decor of most places we visit is quite different from the southwest feel that we came from. My house was decorated in a lot of the old time pottery and I certainly loved the architecture where it fit right in. Now though to keep up with the eclectic feel of the busy city, I have upgraded some of my pieces and I am quite happy to say that I have found some great new modern pieces that are not just for bowls and kitchen equipment. I am excited to branch out in the new design.

I am not one that likes to get real busy in my designs or my decorating. I really do like items that have very few lines and colors. Occasionally though I do like items that pop and add a certain touch to a room or piece of art, but for the most part I am more of a minimalist. What I like most about the old time pottery is that they did have the minimalist idea too, although theirs was probably out of necessity instead of choice but I cherish the work anyway. Most pieces fit in quite nicely in my understated yet flowing decor.

Learn the past with PLR, it Is Terrific

Filed under: Cyber Lifestyle — admin at 11:02 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2008

Past life regression, aka PLR, may unearth the reasons why we have arguments with friends in our present life or why we are concerned of certain things. You have sisters around you in your current life that you will have deeply met before, now just imagine being competent to find out what happened and what your relationship was to them at that past time and destroy blocks that plague you in your current lifetime and even learn talents and bring them into your current time. Past life regression, also known as PLR, is wonderful. Use Past Life Regression to solve issues in your current life.

When you are having a past lifetime regression session you regress to the lifetime you should most need to know about in your current time. This is fantastic and should spell out a great deal about your current lifetime and help you should to move forward with your life with a greater understanding of yourself, your life and the work colleagues around you.

You will often also find out why you are the individual that you are, now that is astonishing. If you appreciate nature perhaps you were once working on a farm, if you like to travel perhaps you were an explorer. Instead of forgetting our strengths we should embrace each of them.

Each and every experience is eye-opening and unique. Other participants have uncovered places they?d lived in before and just knew where to go.

Elicina: an Unexpected Acne Product Shows Up in the Most Unusual Place

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin at 7:18 am on Saturday, September 6, 2008

When most people think of acne, scar and minor wound treatment the last thing they would ever consider picking up and rubbing on their skin (especially their face!) is the bottom of a snail. Yet that is exactly where the inspiration for Elicina cream came from.

In the early 1980s a Chilean snail farmer noticed that the small wounds on the hands of his field workers healed at an unusually rapid rate, and that almost all who worked extensively handling the snails had very supple and smooth skin on their hands.

This fascinating discovery lead scientists to study these particular snails, and what they found was far from creepy. It turns out that the “Helix Aspersa Muller” produces a slimy mucous-like secretion (as do most snails) with amazing natural healing properties.

After extensive testing, scientists - lead by Dr. Fernando Bascunan Ygualt - determined that the slime contained such skin healing ingredients as collagen, elastin, allantoin (a key anti-oxidant skin regenerator which is also responsible for helping the snail to rebuild and repair its own shell should it become damaged over the course of the snail’s life), glycolic acid (which aids in skin hydration, exfoliation and naturally occurring collagen production), and antibiotics. The antibiotics showed up in the form of peptides and vitamins A, C, and EA. Together the peptides and antibiotics bond and form a source of protection against certain strains of bacteria.

Over a decade after its discovery a product containing this ingredient called “Elicina” was officially patented. In 1995 Elicina hit South American makeup counters in the form of a pretty white cream that retains none of the telltale snail slime feeling; in fact it is very lightweight and smooth. As well it is organic, odourless and hypoallergenic, making it a great skin care alternative for those who have sensitive skin or skin allergies to many of the components found in skin repair products.

Fear not, the snails involved in the production of Elicina are not hurt or killed. In fact they live what some might consider a posh snail life as they are cared for by a personal snail-handler and kept under optimum environmental conditions to ensure that their temperature, hygiene, and nutrition (they are fed a chemical free diet) are all carefully and accurately maintained.

But what do you use “snail cream” for? Well, while no extensive North American or FDA approved testing has thus been carried out on Elicina, it has been shown to aid in the healing of a multitude of minor skin conditions. These include wrinkles (it can be used in conjunction with a lightweight moisturizer), (minor) burns, warts, age spots, both active acne and acne/pock mark scars, scars, stretch marks, ingrown hairs, skin irritations (rashes) and superficial surface cuts and nicks. If treating an active condition such as acne or skin irritants, it is recommended that you apply the product twice a day to well cleansed skin in order to help rid your skin of unwanted bacteria and to speed along the regeneration process.

As with many skin care products and “miracle” creams it appears that results do vary from person to person, but deontologists are quick to point out that Elicina could have its merits as it contains allantoin, a substance that is often synthetically reproduced and used in skin care products. Available in select boutiques and makeup counters worldwide, as well as online, Elicina weighs in at the medium price point in the skin care department. Today it is available as both a skin care serum and an aftershave lotion, two very unexpected uses for something you would have never expected to put on your face.

Acne Treatments - Prescription Medication

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin at 12:37 am on Friday, September 5, 2008

A number of people will try to treat their acne condition on their own without consulting with a doctor. If you suffer from any kind of unusual skin condition then it is always a good idea to consult with a dermatologist. Even if your skin condition turns out to be acne, a doctor will be able to offer you valuable information and advice on how to treat it.

In cases of severe acne, it is always best to seek out treatment by a dermatologist who can prescribe the proper medication. Prescription medication is also recommended even for moderate forms of acne. They may be more effective then trying to treat it yourself. For mild forms of acne, they can often be treated using over-the-counter medications.

Types Of Prescription Acne Medications

There are two main types of prescription acne medications available: Topical and Oral. Topical prescription medications may include ingredients such as retinoids and zinc. Antibiotics can be taken as a lotion or orally, and are often used to fight acne.

Antibiotics

Tetracycline is the most common antibiotic used for treating acne. It reduces inflammation and is used to kill the bacteria responsible for the acne. It may take several weeks to a few months for antibiotic treatments to take effect. This type of treatment must continue even after the acne has cleared up. Common side effects that have been associated with Tetracycline include an increase in sensitivity to sun light. This may potentially cause a bad sunburn should the patient dwell in the sun for too long of a time. Various other side effects include hives, dizziness and upset stomachs.

Children under the age of 12 and pregnant woman should not take tetracycline because it may discolor growing teeth. It is also important to note that women who take tetracycline may suffer from increased incidences of vaginal yeast.

Ointments

Oral antibiotics may result in more complications than antibiotic ointments. Antibiotic ointments are effective in killing bacteria that causes acne. When they are used in conjunction with other topical treatments like benzoyl peroxide, the bacteria may not develop resistance to the antibiotics.

Retinoids

Retinoids are derived from vitamin A. They can be found in the form of creams and lotions and can be applied directly onto the skin. Topical types of retinoid medications can help to open up clogged pores. These medications can be beneficial in treating whiteheads and blackheads. A common side effect of topical retinoids is dry skin.

Oral retinoids can be beneficial in severe forms of acne that don’t usually respond to other types of treatments. This type of treatment causes the body to produce less sebum which will result in a reduced amount of oily skin. Oral retinoids will also open up the pores by causing the upper layer of skin to peel.

Anyone using oral retinoids should be fully aware of the possible serious side effects that may occur:

  • Pregnant mothers-to-be should be aware of the possible dangers of birth defects.
  • Women who are under retinoid treatment should use two forms of birth control.
  • May also cause depression or liver damage.

It is very important to seek out regular medical attention to avoid any complications that may arise during retinoid treatments.

Other Medications

Birth control pills can also be an effective treatment for acne in some women. They help change the hormone levels within the body and reduce the acne causing effects of testosterone. Zinc can be an effective treatment in some cases and is a relatively new form of treatment.

Finally, it is very important to discuss with your dermatologist about the best treatment for your particular acne.

7 Ways To Conquer Acne

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin at 9:18 pm on Thursday, September 4, 2008

Reports show that over 90 percent of all adolescents and almost 25 percent of all adults suffer from acne at some time. Acne affects males and females worldwide, regardless of nationality.

The most effective methods to combat acne include a combination of prevention and better skincare.

Here are some of the ways you can use to prevent and treat acne:

1. Exercise

Regular exercise can help fight acne by fighting off negative stress levels that can come from negative self-esteem and depression. But avoid wearing tight lycra and nylon exercise outfits. These synthetic fabrics that tend to trap body moisture and heat, creating an ideal environment for bacteria to grow. Stick to loose clothing made of cotton or natural blends, and keep your sports gear and equipment clean.

2. Safe Cosmetics

To avoid pore-clogging and skin irritations that can contribute to acne, use products labeled “noncomedogenic” or “oil-free.” Opt for “hypo-allergenic” perfumes and cosmetics to avoid allergic reactions and skin irritation. Coal tar derivatives, carmine and heavy cream in blushes can cause reactions.

Shimmering facial colors can contain a flaky mineral called mica that can cause skin irritations and clog pores. Use a lip gloss with a matte finish for less pore-clogging. The more the shine, the more then comedogenic content and the more your pores can clog.

3. Healthy Diet

Studies show that diet does not play a role in either the cause or the treatment of acne. However, what is best for your body is best for your skin. So make sure you get enough vitamins, minerals and supplements that have been known and recommended to prevent and help conquer acne breakouts. These include

  • Vitamin A or Retinol (High doses are toxic)
  • Vitamin B Complex
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • L-Carnitine
  • Zinc

A good quality brand name multivitamin will probably have the recommended vitamins and minerals that you need to help with acne prevention. Drinking plenty of fluids throughout the day and making good, healthy dietary food choices.

3. Hormonal Treatment

Hormones (or a lack of them) during later years - especially for women - can play a role in acne flare-ups and prevention. One recent study showed that about 50 percent of women have acne, referred to as hormonal acne, problems during the week before their menstruation.

Treatment options include topical retinoids, oral antibiotics and Benzoyl Peroxide for teen years. For adults oral contraceptives or hormonal birth control pills and hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) may be helpful for women, combined with systemic or topical treatments, prescription or over-the-counter products and medications.

4. Healthy Skin Regimen

Avoid harsh scrubbing or over-washing, because this can cause possible skin irritation or possible over production of oil to replace what’s washed off, clogging pores in the process. Use products with gentle exfoliation ingredients and skip products that contain alcohol.

5. Acne Products

Some of the more popular products on the market that can prevent acne include:

  • Benzoyl Peroxide
  • Proactiv® Solution
  • Salicylic Acid
  • Retinoids
  • Antibiotics
  • Oral Contraceptives
  • Anti-Androgens
  • Isotretinoin (Accutane)

6. Shaving

Shaving is actually an excellent way of exfoliating or removing dead skin to help with the prevention and spreading of acne instead of leaving the remains to clog pores. And for some light acne cases already in process, shaving can help rid whiteheads and blackheads from the face. Do not shave areas taht are sore or infected. Use a shaving cream for sensitive skin.

Shave with a sharp blade. Use gentle swipes instead of heavy pressure and go with the flow or “grain.” A single-edged blade is better than a twin-blade razor. Electric razors may not shave as close to the skin, but they help with the prevention of acne and other skin breakouts and flare-ups better.

7. Stress

Stress includes external and internal stressors. External Stressors are those that compromise your skin’s ability to heal, like oily make-up and too much sun. Internal stressors like anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, depression and a variety of other internalized emotions, can trigger chemical reactions inside your body that can result in acne flare-ups and other skin irritations.

To combat internal stressors and prevent acne problems, get plenty of rest and sleep. Try to maintain regular hours. Keep a check list of “Things that Calm You” handy for stressful times, like reading a book, resting, listening to music, taking a walk, going out for an ice cream cone, etc.

Hide Your Poker Tells

Filed under: Casinos + Gambling, Great Fun, Web Of Games — admin at 12:42 pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2008

A few months ago I was playing in a poker tournament and was dealt pocket aces. After a slow night of hands, I was finally dealt the best starting hand in Texas Hold ‘Em! I’d love to say that I played it cool and slowly raised, suckering the other players into feeding the pot…but the truth is I bit my tongue so hard that it bled. To this day, I blame the gum I was chewing, but needless to say, no one else bothered to stay in the hand after I raised the bet.

As I proved in a very painful way, your tell is one of your biggest enemies at the poker table. Tells come in lots of ways, but seasoned players will notice any change in your demeanor when the cards are dealt. The best way to avoid this is to become very self aware. As you play, take note in how you act when you have weak or marginal hands. Do you chat a lot, or are you more introverted? Do you fidget a lot, play with your chips and cards, or do you sit still? Be aware of how you act when you don’t have a strong hand, and when you finally get some good cards, maintain it-stick with your usual demeanor, and no one will be the wiser.

And try not to bite your tongue.

Then the former acne patient said “thank God for Facial Massaging”

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin at 5:26 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2008

With the marketers of various acne products out there to make a buck at the expense of nave acne patients, one step that very well could help clear the skin and delay the aging process is right there literally at your finger tips.

It’s called facial massaging and for me, a former acne patient, it works.

Now friends, I suffered from acne.

Actually the statement above will be an understatement. It devastated and almost annihilated me. What didn’t I try: Proactiv, Neutrogena, Clearasil, Dermatologists? You name it, this writer tried it. Well, not everything, cause I couldn’t afford plastic surgery, not on a $11 per hour salary, but I was saving up for it though…honestly, the phone number is still highlighted in the phone book.

During my years with dealing with acne, especially toward the end as an adult, I simply had to find something, anything to get this problem off or else…

Well, thank God I stumbled on Facial Massaging and combined with a proper diet and other common-sense tips, within 72 hours or less, there was a permanent and drastic improvement in my skin condition.

I humbly share the facial massaging steps with you so if you suffer from acne, you could look into them as part of a drug-free, yet simple BUT extremely effective means of treating your acne.

Facial Massaging Steps:

1. Wash your hands, especially your fingertips, thoroughly.
2. Now with your thumbs firmly gripping your jaw-line, proceed to pressing with the free four fingers the upper jaw line working from the center outwards.
Do 2-3 sets pressing firmly.
3. Now press the areas directly above the jaw line in the same center-going- outwards-direction firmly 2-3 times.
4. Do this working upwards till you reach the forehead line. If done correctly you should see little specks of dead skin on your face.
5. In a feathery motion, pinch at the entire face for as long as you desire (1-2 minutes) using all the free fingers in firm actions grasping the skin.
6. Now, in a downward-scraping motion using the finger tips, rub the jugular veins located at the sides of the neck (6-8) times, and then massage the outer part of the chest right next to the armpits in a firm circular motion ensuring you breathe deeply as well. According to the Egyptians (and from my own experiences) this simple procedure has a marked effect on alleviating bags and crow’s feet from the eyes and directing the flow of toxins away from the face.
7. Wash your hands with soap and rinse the face with cool water only-gently but firmly.
8. Wipe your face dry with a paper towel (or a towel you use only for your face and nothing else. Keep this towel in an exclusive location and wash it every other day).

Now, for an external acne treatment regimen, this procedure is quite effective. Combined with such internal acne treatment procedures based on a proper diet of your Juicy fruits, some roots and leafy vegetables and if desired (although highly recommended) occasional juice fasts or exclusive mono-meals of seasonal fruits, facial massaging will be very useful as a means of controlling acne (and delaying facial aging as apparent in crows feet and wrinkles) from the outside.

I must add, when performed correctly, it does enhance facial tone and structure not unlike costly plastic surgery. So, put your fingers to work and lovingly massage and sculpt your face with facial massaging while all the while becoming acne free starting today.

Here’s to a clearer skin naturally.

Acne Rosacea

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin at 5:20 am on Monday, September 1, 2008

Acne rosacea is a chronic disease that affects mainly the facial skin, characterized by flare-ups and remissions.

It varies from typical acne in that it generally begins affecting individuals over the age of thirty on cheeks, nose, chin or forehead, but sometimes can occur on the chest, neck, scalp or ears too. If untreated, pimples often develop and in most severe cases the nose grows swollen and bumpy due to excess tissue. In many cases, and unlike any other form of acne, acne rosacea also affects the eyes, which feel irritated and look watery and bloodshot. As you can imagine, for sufferers, this can be very painful and embarassing.

Even though anyone can suffer from it, people with fair skin who flush or blush easily are more prone to develop Rosacea. It is more common in women than men, but men tend to develop more severe forms. There is no known cure for acne rosacea, but medical therapy helps keeping it under control and in most cases reversing the symptoms. If you suspect you have rosacea, you should consult your local dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

What Are The Main Symptoms of Acne Rosacea?

The main symptoms of Acne Rosacea vary widely from one individual to another and generally only some of the potential signs appear. Experts claim that it always includes one of the following primary symptoms:

* Flushing

* Persistent Redness of the face

* Bumps and Pimples

* Visible Blood Vessels

Acne Rosacea Treatment

As signs and symptoms vary widely from one sufferer to another, acne rosacea treatment should be tailored by a dermatologist for each particular case. Dermatologists can prescribe various oral and topical treatments to cure pimples and redness associated with the disease.

Generally, the initial treatment consists of *oral antibiotics* combined with *topical treatment* to bring the condition under control, followed by long-term topical treatment to maintain it. Depending on your skin type and the frequency of treatment this process can work to significantly reduce the effects of Acne Rosacea.

In some cases, laser or
intense pulsed light therapy are used for acne rosacea treatment, in order to reduce redness, remove visible blood vessels and correct nose disfigurement. This is the type of laser procedure on makeover shows and while they don’t offer a complete cure for the condition, can visibly reduce symptoms and work to make the condition manageable. Ocular rosacea however is usually best treated with antibiotics.

Skin Care

Individuals who suffer from acne rosacea should consult their dermatologist to make sure the skin care treatment they are using is suitable for their condition. Patients are usually advised to use *mild and non-abrasive cleaners* to wash their face, rinse it with warm water and blot it dry using a soft cotton towel. They should only use non-irritating products and use a *sunscreen* with an SPF of minimum 15 to protect their skin from sunlight.

If you have acne rosacea, you may use cosmetics to conceal the effects. *Green tinted*, followed by a skin-tone foundation in natural yellow tones can be used to conceal redness. Makeup with ping or orange hues should be avoided.

Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle is also part of the whole acne rosacea treatment and it can help you maintain remission and avoid the external factors that cause flare ups or aggravate your skin condition. Here are some of the things you should do:

* *Avoid hot drinks*, lots of *coffee, spicy foods* and *alcohol*. Although most people think acne rosacea is linked to alcoholism, it can also affect someone who doesn’t drink at all.

* Practice a good *sun protection* and avoid extremely high or low temperatures.

* *Avoid aggressive behavior* against your face, such as rubbing or scrubbing, as it can irritate the reddened skin.

* Work out only in cool environments and *do not overheat*.

* *Avoid cosmetics* and *skin-care products* that *irritate* your skin and use hair sprays properly.

* Try keeping a *diary* of all flushing episodes and write down what foods, products, medications ore activities are they associated with.
